Folders
Folders organize resources. Each resource type has its own independent folder tree.
Folder Trees

Creating a Folder
Section titled “Creating a Folder”- Navigate to the desired resource list (e.g. Reports)
- Click the folder icon
- Enter a name
- Optionally: select a parent folder (subfolder)
Hierarchy
Section titled “Hierarchy”Folders can be nested — subfolders are supported. In the resource lists, you can filter by folder to show only the contained resources.
Moving Resources
Section titled “Moving Resources”Resources can be moved between folders. Drag a resource onto a folder or use the move function in the context menu.
Deleting a Folder
Section titled “Deleting a Folder”When a folder is deleted, the contained resources are not deleted — they are moved to the root level.
Access Control
Section titled “Access Control”Folders are the basis for access control in Presswerk. Via folder permissions, you control who can view and edit which resources.
